I graduated from the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in 2001 with a diploma for Massage Therapy, but was given so much more. It began the path that has led me to my current way of life, and along the way gifted me with additional education I never could have dreamt was so perfect for me and the care I wish to give.
The modalities I focus on are: swedish massage, Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Technique(www.pfrimmer.com for more information on this style), reflexology, oncology and end of life massage, and am a Reiki Master.
In my diet, I follow a gluten-free, organic/free-range path. The products I use for myself and my clients are always within the same pure, clean guidelines. I will never use artificial items, lauryl sulfates, or parabens. So, know that within my care I will care for you are purely as I do myself and my family.
